Dear Most Elite Brothers,

I realize too many organizations are known for their charismatic, visionary founders or executives who have a hard time sharing leadership and who use their organizations to promote their grandiose visions rather than build institutions that will outlast them.

But the strong leadership in Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Inc. doesn’t only exist in the National Executive Committee; rather it extends throughout the Regions of our fraternity.  The National Executive Committee shares a commitment that goes beyond our own egos; the National Executive Committee uses leadership to empower our Regions, Chapters and Brothers.

The National Executive Committee believes sharing leadership will enable our brotherhood to have more impact.  The National Executive Committee members need to manage hundreds of relationships and access many networks.  Further, working across generation boundaries of brothers to advocate for internal culture change, partner with schools and communities, building networks, or engaging thousands of individuals takes many different skills-not all of which can be found in one person.

The problems our schools and communities are trying to solve are complex, requiring large-scale systemic solutions involving many stakeholders.  That’s is why it is time to bring your talent, time and resources back to Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Inc. to help our members transform their lives so, they can help transform the lives of others.

Phi Rho,
Quintin Trammell
National Vice President
